The first thing that will show up after you clicked on “Download” is this Megaupload page.  It will ask you to enter the small little code and then press on the download button. If you have an premium account on Megaupload you don’t have to enter the code. Just click download and the file starts to download directly.

After you have entered the code, you will come to a page where you have to wait for 45 secconds to download the file. If you have an FREE Megaupload account, you just have to wait 25 secconds, and your speed will probably increase a little bit as well. After the time has counted down to zero, just click on the Download button that appears and it will ask where you want to save the file.
