Download Problems

• Q: I can see this is a anime site, but where do I download and how?!

A: This link will deffinitley help you! How To Download If you still don’t know how to download please contact us by clicking Here

• Q: When I opened a link for an episode I wanted to download but when I open the link it says “Temporary Down” Please fix it!

A: As you are saying, it’s “Temporary Down”. It will get fixed by itself by time. Just try again til it works!

• Q: When I opened a link for an episode I wanted to download but when I open the link it says it has been deleted! Please fix it!

A: If you find links that says it is deleted, then Please report it! You do that by clicking on the “Report Broken Links”. They are located at the bottom of Every anime page. Choose whether it’s all links or specific links. And please give some information if you choosed “Specific Links”.

Video Players/Playing the Video Problems

• Q: I can’t open my video I just downloaded! Why? And what do I do?!

A: If you go to ANY of our anime pages, there is a link of the right codecs for the anime we upload. If you want to save some time, here is the links:

Player Required: Real Alternative/Real Player(*.rm)

• Q: I have now downloaded that player you gave me the link for, but it still doesn’t work! What do I do?

A: That means you have probably downloaded a file in the format of AVI, MKV or MP4. You have to use another video player for that. Try download VLC Media Player. You can find it Here

Release Date For Animes

• Q: I have now finally caught up with an anime and I can’t wait for the next episode, when does it come out?!

A: Every On-Going anime has different release dates. You can find it by searching on google. Search for: “Animename” Episode List. And open the WIKI link. There shows the Japanese release dates. That means it usually gets subbed and uploaded in a day or something. I you still don’t manage to find it, contact us OR ask in the chatbox, there is always someone that can help you out in there.

Rules!

• Q: How can I avoid getting banned from the chatbox?! I don’t want to get banned!

A: We have created a page just for the rules, as long as you follow those you are fine! You can find the rules Here

Other

• Q: How do I become a Staff so I can help out with uploading?

A: We gladly recruit people to help us keep the site updated and with a lot more animes! To become staff you have to go to the Contact Us page and tell us what position you want and send the message away. We will the look over it and you will then probably be staff.

Those positions that are available is: Converting – Uploading, Uploading and Edit/Add New Pages/Episodes. Remember, we gladly take on new people to help out!
